Return & Refund Policy

Effective date – 23rd January December 2023.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please in the first instance do contact us by email at enquiries@tamarapenwellicons.com giving details, including your order number, so we can arrange for an exchange or refund. We ask that you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you are returning items for exchange or refund, we would ask that you return them, suitably packaged to protect them, within a further 14 days. For a part returned order, any delivery charges which would have applied for the remaining goods (those being kept by the you) will be taken into account when calculating the refund value.  We ask that you pay the return postage where you are returning goods for exchange or refund.

Should your order, or any part of your order have been damaged in transit, please attach to your email a photograph of the damaged item or items. If we require the return of any such items, we will then ask that you return them to us within 14 days.  We will then, as soon as reasonably possible and within 14 days, send replacements if stock is available, or else refund you.

We will refund you as soon as possible and within 14 days of either having received your returned goods or having agreed a refund without the need for return. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
